Event strategy and planning As one of KRM’s clients, you’ll work with a KRM Account Manager on strategy and planning issues related to your event – and how to make the event as successful as possible. KRM Account Managers are available for brainstorming and feedback as well as to offer information on best practices. They’ll give you the assistance and consultation you need to ensure a successful event.

Each of our Account Managers has many years of virtual event planning experience. 

We share that knowledge and experience with you to help you meet your organization’s goals.
Coordination of event details In addition to your Account Manager, you’ll be assigned an Event Coordinator who will be your primary point of contact for all your event details, from planning through presentation. You can call on your Event Coordinator for  scheduling orientation calls, setting up and organizing online registration forms, processing special requests, handling last-minute requests, answering all  your questions and much more!
Registration processing via toll-free phone, fax or mail You can leave the details of registration processing to our experienced Customer Service Department. They understand your event setup and preferences, and are familiar with all aspects of audio conferences and webinars.  Your registrants will receive quick and accurate responses to all of their event registration questions.
Secure online registration from your own website KRM will create an online registration form for you on our secure server. You can advertise the event on your website and link from that site to the registration form.
Multiple payment options You can offer your registrants payment options that are most convenient for them. KRM accepts payments from the four most popular credit cards and by check.
KRM extranet You’ll have secure online access to your event details and registration information via KRM’s extranet. Your unique username and password allows you to log in and see real- time class rosters, a complete history of past events, summary registration trends reports and revenue detail reports. You can also download detailed registration and order information.
Orientation/training calls with your speakers KRM works closely with your speakers to train them on the use of virtual event technology, to share suggestions for how to make their presentations more effective and to ensure their comfort with the technology and the process.
Headsets While many speakers have their own headsets, and are often more comfortable using their own for presentations, KRM will send headsets to your speakers at their request. Headset history and today's reality.
Distribution of event handouts Your event handouts will be prepared, duplicated and shipped to your registrants – via email or hard copy – along with connection instructions.
Handling last-minute registration requests You can forget about the last minute details and questions when you schedule your event with KRM. Registrants can call KRM’s Customer Service Department to register even on the day of your event. We will give them complete connection instructions and fax or email their handouts to ensure that they – and you – have a worry-free experience.
Access to KRM’s IT Department Help Desk KRM’s IT Department monitors your event and is standing by to answer any questions. If one of your registrants experiences an IT problem regarding a virtual event, you can rest assured that we are equipped to resolve that problem quickly.
Professional audio studios with expert audio engineers KRM’s highly specialized audio engineers operate control rooms that are much like radio stations. Your event will benefit from optimized sound quality to enhance your attendees’ experiences. Studio-quality production also ensures a high-quality recording of your event for after event sales and distribution.
Custom pre-event music and announcements Pre-event announcements are a great opportunity for you to deliver a quick message to your receptive audience. KRM will work with you to record short promotions about upcoming events, announcements of new services or any other messages you want to deliver to your registrants.
Experienced KRM Operators KRM Operators focus exclusively on your events adding a high level of service to your registrants’ and speakers’ needs. Our operators specialize in virtual events are available to assist your registrants and speakers in getting into the telephone portion of the event (e.g. working with PINs, duplicate connections, etc.).
PIN assignment, registration confirmation and reporting We assign and track the PIN (personal identification number) code that each connection must enter to attend your events. PIN reporting allows you to see which registrants attended the event and for how long.
Toll-free phone connections Your registrants who call into the event within the U.S. incur no long-distance telephone charges.
Experienced moderators serve as your on-air hosts KRM Moderators all have professional voice talent training and experience. During your event, moderators will conduct on-air introductions, work with speakers to assist in Q&A and polling, advance speaker slides (if needed) and will assist with troubleshooting and on-air support.
Interactive Q& A Similar to a "talk-radio" feature, interactivity enhances every event. Your registrants will appreciate being able to have speakers answer their specific questions during the event.
Interactive polling Your attendees will be able to “place their votes” on various topics during the event. You and your speakers can learn a great deal about the audience by designing questions for them. The audience can vote on yes/no, true/false or respond to multiple choice options.
Event recordings You will receive a permanent record of the event, and a copy will also be provided to your speakers at no additional charge. The format will be consistent with the recording format you chose for the event. KRM also keeps a master copy of each event, along with handout materials, for 24 months from the date of the event.
Sales and fulfillment
If you choose to offer after-event products for sale, we’ll take orders from your purchasers, process payments and deliver the product in the format you choose (hard copy or electronic).
Event evaluations KRM will create, distribute, collect, tabulate and summarize event evaluation forms received online and via fax.
Promotion code tracking and demographic reporting You can learn more about the success of your sales efforts via promotion code tracking and analysis provided by KRM. You can also capture information – member number, bar number - for CE Credit.
Complete financial reporting You’ll receive the financial details on your event through a complete reconciliation packet that includes a final registration roster, attendance information, registration revenue detail reports, reconciliation statement including any revenue collected and KRM’s fees - all within two weeks of the event.
