Certificates of attendance

KRM takes orders for, issues and fulfills certificates of attendance electronically. We're able to support several validation scenarios (i.e. must attest to attendance, must fill in required words supplied during live event and multiple certificate types.)
Testing/assessment
You can choose from a wide variety of testing and assessment options. See sample. KRM offers impressive data collection capabilities for webinars, virtual training and online events.

Customer call center
You can forget about the last-minute details and questions when you schedule your webinars with KRM. Your registrants can call the KRM Customer Service Department to register, even on the day of your audio, web, streaming and video events.

Evaluation forms

Gather and collect data from registrants. You can customize evaluation forms based on what you want to ask or you can use KRM’s standard evaluation form. KRM distributes evaluation forms, collects data, tabulates and reports summary data.

Event transcription

A complete verbatim transcript of your event delivered in a MSWord format.

30-second ad- infomercial 

30-second audio clip – infomercial - recorded by KRM and played prior to the event start time.

Annual financial statement

Summary of all your event financial data prepared in the format you request.

Audio Engineer

Fully trained audio/video engineer assists in processing the audio for your event – to maintain consistency in speaker volume with more than one speaker on your event and to optimize sound quality for ease of listening during the live event and for recordings. Audio engineers are dedicated to your events 100% from the pre-to the post-event activities. They oversee everything from mastering sound quality to making sure your speakers stay connected.

Event reconciliation statements prepared and delivered in your preferred format.

Event assist

Assistance with your event tasks: helps you know what you need to do and when you need to do it; sends friendly reminders; answers your questions; helps you make decisions; and also helps with registrant questions/concerns.

Executive summary

A summary of event content, including the most critical points, in a simple form that can be easily used and shared.

Bulk orders of CD's or CD-ROMS are available for purchase at a discount.

Handout assistance

For materials/handouts, KRM can assist with cover page creation, page numbering and combining multiple files. If you have multiple files to send to registrants, i.e. Word document and PowerPoint slides, KRM will take those files, combine them into one .pdf file, add a cover and page numbers. You will get an easy to use packet of information for your attendees.

Powerpoint assistance

KRM will create a special introductory slide set to be displayed prior to your events. We will add special Q&A slides giving instructions to your registrants on how to ask questions. We can also combine multiple files.

Custom countdown message

To offer additional branding for your events and help your audience know they’re in the right place, KRM records and plays a “custom countdown message” prior to your events that includes your organization's name "Today's ABC Organization event begins in 5 minutes.”

Site roster

Get more value from your events by capturing the name and email addresses of everyone who attends. KRM creates this electronic form your participants complete prior to your event or afterward.
