Getting your computer ready: Live Meeting test

Our Technical Support team would like to ensure that you have a great experience with our conferencing services. Due to various PC and network security configurations, we ask that you test the Live Meeting connection before the day of your event on the same computer you will be using to view the event.

The "Test Your Computer Now" link below will open in a new window. If Live Meeting is already installed on your computer, it should open automatically.

Installing Live Meeting

If Live Meeting is not already installed on your computer, you have two options:

  1. Install Office Live Meeting client (recommended) – click the Accept and Install button to use the fully-featured Windows-based version. If a security warning appears, click Run. If a message appears in the information bar about blocking the site from downloading a file, click on it and select “Download File.”
  2. Use Live Meeting Web Access – if you are unable to install the full-featured version, click the Accept and Use button for the browser-based version.
